A request is one turn with the built-in AI. Light turns count once; heavier ones count more, and Kaeru tells you before spending. On your own key or Claude plan, nothing counts at all. Voice has its own allowance, counted in minutes — every plan includes some, none includes infinity.
No account yet? The app still works out of the box — a small daily taste, no sign-in. An account turns it into a real allowance.
